What a great way to work out sore muscles from running. Band is easy to use.
I use the bands around my quads and hamstrings before I warm up for a few minutes and there is really a noticeable difference while I am running or doing any workouts involving squatting. I'll also mention the great customer service and quick response time.

With the XL band you get great coverage, no slippage and as much compression as you want...this baby will dig deep and hit the spot. And with the new specialized tips it goes a step further, it will pinpoint and target any hot spot. GREAT product and a must have for any runner. Certainly a staple in my collection of tools.
My son runs cross country and carries a pretty heavy training load. He has always had calf issues and this band has helped him stay healthy and running at his optimal levels. This band is very effective and does exactly what it is suppose to do.
