I have trained for 2 marathons. The first marathon I had to go see my sports chiropractor,Kyle, about 5-6 times throughout the training so that I could get dry needling done on my legs due to shin splints.
The second marathon I went to see him again at the beginning of my training and he told me about and used the CTM band during my appointment. I immediately bought it and did not have major shin splints as I did before.
I used the CTM band almost after every run and my legs felt amazing. I did not have any injuries or sore muscles throughout training due to the use of the CTM band.
Overall, if you are a runner I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a CTM band.
