How To Use The CTM Band

NOTE: In the videos below, I mention that you shouldn't make the band "painfully tight". That being said, it should still be very tight! Digging the extensions into the area you're treating is key, along with the compression of the band while you stretch. Remember to leave the band on for only 2 minutes.
