I have had great results out of the CTM band. I have achilles tightness and knots that sometimes build after runs in my calves. The band has really helped work those areas out over the last month and I’ve felt looser in the morning compared to early 2020. I’ve had some minor shin splints pain in April. I started targeting that area 2 times a day and have almost eliminated the pain and tightness I have during runs. It’s super compact and easy to take in my gym bag and use before and after my runs. Definitely recommend this product!
I have used the CTM Band every other day since I have received it. I am primarily a runner and run about 130 miles a month. I've used this band on my calves, quads, low back, ankles, and IT band with instant relief in all areas. In my opinion the tighter you can wrap the band the better! I really like how wide this band is and the removable attachments really dig into your pressure points giving you the relief you need.

What a great way to work out sore muscles from running. Band is easy to use.
I use the bands around my quads and hamstrings before I warm up for a few minutes and there is really a noticeable difference while I am running or doing any workouts involving squatting. I'll also mention the great customer service and quick response time.
